1.

The Football clubs must present to the tournament organization the players list before the tournament starts. In that list up to 26 (twenty-six) players maximum are allowed. It is not possible to make changes to the list after its delivery.

The tournament will take place with the following formula and qualifying rounds:

The tournament will be played by 2 groups of 5 teams, the winners and second place will play semifinal playoff A. Third place and fourth place will play semifinal of playoff B. Fifth place teams will play against each other in two games.

The winners of the semi- finals will compete in the finals for first and second place. The team that been beaten will play of third and fourth place. Same in Playoff B (When two teams tie the match, there will be a penalty shoot-out).

The classification will be based on the following criteria:

3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a lost

In case of a draw of points the following criteria will be applied:

1 The goal difference in the whole group of the two teams;

2 Most goal scored in total in the group stages;

3 Result in the game between two teams

4 Draw.

Duration of the matches: 2 halves 20 of minutes each, 11 vs 11, regulation size pitch and goals, and soccer balls n°5.

In elimination games (semi-final and final) if both sides have scored an equal number of goals within regulation time, there will be the execution of penalty shoot-out to determine the winner.

Five penaltys each team.

In elimination games there is not extra time.

7.

The games of the group stage will be refereed by one (1) Referee.

All games will be refereed by referees belonging to the Swedish Football Association

All Playoff games will be refereed by One head referee and two linesmen.

8.

A Tournament Committee will be responsible for any dispute, complaint, claim or unforeseen events.

The committee will not accept protests or complaints on decisions made by the referees.

9.

Any claims must be made within 30 minutes after the match with a tax of 51 euro (fifty-one), and a copy of the complaint shall be delivered to the counter-party within 30 minutes.

10.

Each participating team is responsible for insurance cover of its players.

11.

Teams will have access to the pitch 10 minutes before matchtime during groupstage.

During playoffs Teams have access to pitch 15 minutes before matchtime.

12.

Teams should be at the pitch at the latest 5 minutes before game starts
