It only takes a few minutes to order a tournament. When you are finished you can start filling in information about the tournament.
If it is the second year of your tournament you should log in on the first tournament and register the new tournament there. If you do that all information from the first tournament is saved, the old games will be saved to the History-tab and the link to the tournament will be the same.
